1983 Ford TW20 and mower

My cousin has a Ford TW20 for sale with a 15 foot bush hog attached to it and he is asking $12000.00 for it. He asked me if it was priced right. I told him that I didn't have a clue, but would run it by you guys. What do you guys think? Does that price sound reasonable?
