is this model rated for ground based attachments such as a tiller box blade rake etc ca nthe trans take it ?

Yes this model will accept a tiller and has a integral hitch available for other ground engageing attachments

In it's day, the 110 was as good as any other name brand garden tractor from the other Ag. tractor manufacturers. Definitely ok for tilling, pulling a moldboard plow or cultivating tools. As long as you can get traction, it will pretty much pull whatever you hook to the back. Stopping might be another story as the brakes are pretty small.

Absolutely!! Check out the link in lt230s's post.
I just pushed a 1968 JD 110 home that my next door neighbor gave me.
I was impressed by how stout this thing is. Cast iron front axle, heavy steel frame and still steers very smoothly...like butter(even after 41 years).

Definitely a well built unit.
