First, it should have a Kohler engine, not a Briggs so that means it has been repowered and you have to be careful that it has been done professionally.
Yes, they can pull most anything. If it is being sold with a plow I would assume it has a sleeve hitch which is the only hitch option offered.
If you are going to be using the tractor for a lot of plowing and other ground work you may be happier with a big wheel model that has more ground clearance. Also, I'm guessing that it does not have the hydraulic attachment lift which would be preferable.
