1966 Model 60 Lawn Tractor

One of the few C/L finds that actually worked out for me.
First day listed I sent him my phone number and said I would buy his little John Deere.
I was the 9th responder but the last one before he checked his e-mails so mine was the first he opened and called.
Went and got it that night.
He said it needed a carb and he was right.
I changed oil,got fuel tank cleaned and a new carb installed today.
It purrrs like a kitten.
It needs a few other things but is in pretty nice shape for its age.
It will probably get a full restore as time and money allow.
Next thing on list for it is tires lol.
here are a few pictures.

Carb is Oregon Part #50-646
46.00 on ebay
The choke is different so you need to use the choke set up from old carb.
The pull start came standard along with the electric start.
