I feel like , I have never not owned this trailer . I can sometimes here the
Plant Sky Window Leaf Natural environment
silence of time . While other times , I can feel the presence of those who lived here before .

Brown Property Window Wood Shade
The moon has been Brite , I think last night was a full moon . And in March renewal time .

The curtains are a nice touch (y)
Yes , last nite it was Brite in the bed room . That back window is like a sky lite . The only quirk is sometimes when it is really cold it will sweat and will drip on you . So I have to keep it dried off .
When the chance of freezing at night disappears once more I will be joining you in the outdoors. Got to beat my 20 month record you know.

A little scraping and a fresh coat of silver or white paint, that thing would really look nice (y)

Hope to have a roof and porch on the Puma this summer also. Nothing cools better than reflecting the heat. The refrigerator and ac will like me for that along with the electric bill.

The AC , up on the roof how will you mitigate that . My 81 Avion needs a new AC Heat pump I guess . I guess it just drains on the roof which seem to me a poor design . I've here tell of split units . Maby on a more park model situation .

Been looking at new thec. I only need ac. The forced air furnace heats the place if the propane tank were only bigger.
In your case a mini split maybe more suitable.

I have that 81 avion . I need to pull the tarps off it . The AC is on the roof . But to my knowledge it drains down on the roof which seems like a bad design . To be honest I need to see if there is some kind of blank off for the 14 x 14 hole in the roof pretty sure . The 52 could maby get a mini split . May be able to put it above the frig .

This 52 had forced heat there is 4 inch run outs . Two in the master bed . I can't remember seeing any others . And the gas furnace was left of the frount door next to the frig . With about a 6 inch flue thru the roof . I guess the water heater was electric under the sink .
The roof is a common place for the AC. Cold air drops and hot air rises. Water dripping from the roof is not a big issue as long as the unit is serviced like it should be. Drain hole should be onto the roof side opposite the doors. For some odd reason we don't like water dripping on us.
New thec allows the unit to start using less power and will be a good thing if I chose to camp off grid.

New thec ? I want to be off the grid .
Property Plant Wood Floor Building
These Big windows were a lot to look forward two . I had already paid the owner and told them I would take it . It was a huge gamble and I was somewhat willing to walk away if things went south . With it low to the ground I had to take a hammer and beat on the frame to look for rusted spots .

It looks ruff but you did ok
That ole girl , if the great builder willing , will be around another 70 years .
Cloud Sky Wheel Plant Motor vehicle
I did get my third strap on . Which I would not try to ride out a storm but they may help if I happen to get caught off guard . I feel better for making the effort . This one is a trailer in Freemont that I wanted to take a picture of before someone takes a X to it .
Plant Sky Tree Branch Wood
if you zero in on it . You can see the straps around the roof . Most of the old really nice trailers simply get pushed off the blocks and they become damaged beyond repair . It would be nice if some one would either save or part out that trailer .

Here anything permanent needs to be strapped.
Our modular is strapped at the frame. Not sure anything would be left of it but the frame. 60 mph winds would rock it pretty good at times.
