I feel like , I have never not owned this trailer . I can sometimes here the

silence of time . While other times , I can feel the presence of those who lived here before .

That is the farm , and the spot i bought it from . I would never have moved it from that spot . It is a blessed spot which is up on a hill near Clark's river . I always felt warm and welcome as there was a long history of human presence . Great sun and near water . I am now on my farm which Is also blessed . Finding a presence of Indian tools . Here beside my garden and within walking distance of a cold spring . This is the view from my living room . Which was advertised as a solotairam by vagabond in the 50s .

I posted one two many times and I can't figure out how to delete some post sorry . Where the pine tree is , thats where I bought it . The field and pond is my home thats where I moved it two . And the picture is this morning when I woke up . I'm probably 500 or so feet behind my house . And behind my greenhouse .

I feel sorry for people who, in a lifetime, never slow down enough to absorb the beauty that is around us. Bebop's field and pond is exactly what I am referring to. That never gets old and can even reset a troubled person's life if only they could find a spot like this to just appreciate life and its simple pleasures.

That is my vagabond , but I like the way you think . That is the original add on face book . I was wanting a 50s model so I could doll it up in 50s style . The big bay windows is what makes it for me . It gives a huge view of the sky especially when your laying on the couch . It was advertised as a solortairam in the 50s . It was considered a liveable travel trailer . With central heat and all the amenities of a home . This was a huge comfort for those who was trying to have a family and also follow the work . It the 40s in 50s there was a housein shortage around the small towns . Where the big jobs were being built . Such as paducah gaseous diffusion plant , Oakridge Tennessee , Los Alamos , and the other power houses and building that Boomed around the country .

Oops , thats my mom's car , my dad decided to turn into a hot rod . He bought it new in 75 . I wish he would of bought it back stock but you can't tell parents nothing . He's got a head like a jaw breaker and a fist .

Form what I have read some of the Vagabonds would be considered a wide load.
10x40 would not be a hook on and pull anywhere. Some states vary but I don't think away of them get over 8'6" on an RV.

Mine is around 8 foot 6 inches wide and 30 foot long measured to the tip of the toung . They did range from smaller camper . To a travel trailer , to a park model , and a full size mobile home . I am not aware if any were self contained with holding tanks ?

More like 7 foot 9 inches wide kinda hard to measure a round trailer . You know pie are round cake R square .

I tuned in ,turned on , and straped down , my 1952 Vagabond to mother earth .

Its not easy to find a clear spot to run a strap around the trailer . I feel like it could use one more . I did unscrew one once . I like the location mostly but may move it one more time . A year or two or never which ever comes first .
