Hello,

I have a 1940 Ford 9N that is need of a Hydraulic Pump Overhaul. The only thing standing in my way is getting the pump out of the tractor. I have taken both inspection covers off, unbolted and removed the top cover with Piston, removed the pto shaft , and unbolted the pump and cover from the housing. It still wont move!! It almost appears as though the pump housing needs to be pushed forward about a 1/4" for it to drop down but I have not had any luck doing this. Has anyone pulled the pump out of these and know what is binding up? The hydraulic shop is waiting for it but I can't get it out of the tractor. Please help!!!:i_praying
