we got this tube from walmart with graduations
on the side and
a brass swing over thing on it
how do we get the powder into it?
just use it to scoop the powder out of the jar?

That's what it said in my book , I use Paradox P and a .357 case with a paper clip soldered on it for a power measure , but i can't remember if i filed any thing the end , to get the proper measure , i always load on the high end 15 grains

...for a gen-u-ine real imitation reproduction of an official Remington powder flask! I used one like this... I think I still have it. This type holds a good amount of powder and will measure it accurately enough for general shooting with no messy fumbling with cans, funnels and one shot measures.

With the flask filled with powder, put index finger over the spout and turn flask top down. Press lever to allow the measure to fill with powder, release measure. Turn right side up, take finger off spout and pour your pre-measured charge right into cylinder. Repeat 4 more times! Goes way more quickly than it sounds and it can be done at a dead run.... (So they tell me!)

good thing, because we read description for our MEASURE
noticed 'fill from flask'
and gee they sell U-View FLASK
FLASK has little stop-start valve only and no increment lines
how about that!
out of the can, into the FLASK, then into the MEASURE
then into the cylinder
