My 1816 HST only has about 60 hours. Last time out it had a few short spells of rough running. Yesterday it started but stalled after a short time. I could re-start but it stalled out half a dozen times before it would run. It didn't seem to be happy running so I didn't use it. I'm going to change the fuel filter but is there anything else I should look at? I would like to avoid trailering it to the dealer if I can.

To answer my own question, after a filter change and bleeding it's running well. The old filter was OK so I can only assume there was air in the fuel system - but how it got in there is a mystery since it has never run dry.
