1650 Snapper Gas Cap
Saw this question on another forum, didn't like answers, so trying it here. They are saying to use a JD AM 39206 cap for 212 to 216 models. It's 2-1/4" by 9" with the gauge head. Anyone ever find one for theirs or know if this is good choice? I'll have to wait till tommorrow to call my JD dealer here.
Just a note: There is a beautiful Snapper 1650 on ebay for only $499.99 Buy it Now! I would love to get it, in Indiana. But, I'm trying to thin heard now. I paid more for mine and doesn't look 1/2 as nice. Might wanna look if you are interested.

Figured that one wouldn't last long! ON the cap, went to local shop, had that same number as noted above and it fits great! As a note that same cap off the Snapper fit my newer JD L130 lawn tractor. Fella at shop says that is real popular size threads and cap.
