I put a 13.5hp briggs on my Snapper 28086s and I cannot figure out which wire is the kill wire. One wire is red and is located near the starter, the other wire is black and is on the other side of the engine. Neither wire has a connector on the end. I'd like to be able to shut the tractor off with the key instead of the throttle. Thanks.

The charge wire should have a diode inline on the wire. It will be covered with black shrink tube. The easiest way to be sure is to take the shroud off of the engine takes 5 minutes its only 4 bolts. You dont wanna put power to your magneto as it will fry it.
