I put a copy of this in the What's it worth forum for you. I be hard pressed to take that for $300.00, I would guess I could find that for about $150 around here.

That worth $300 I would Pick It Up for that. Now If it was a 112 with a Tecumseh I would Not Touch It at that Price But a Kohler with some Carb Problems Yeah That will make a Nice Garden tractor with a little cosmetic work. I sold a Cub for that in Non Running and In 10 times worse condition paint wise it was a Original and I was selling it to a Cub Territory Rep for His Personal collection:thThumbsU

Mixed feelings on that one the narrow front wheels alone are worth $100 or better plus the ags? So I agree with both Sergeant and 318 with the wheels-tires yes 300 without 150 tough call.

Pros: Narrow front wheels, Ag rears, good grill, seat looks good

Cons: Hood trashed, no front bezel, questionable runner, missing belt cover, manual lift, no attachments to speak of

If it runs and drives properly in all gears and the variator works properly I'll say $200-250 but Katt won't be happy.

I just picked this up for $175. But is was not running at the time, one tire was off the rim and one spindle was broken. It has a k241, 10hp Kohler. For what you want seems like a reasonable deal, maybe work down a few dollars with him on the rough running engine. :trink40:

Well I went and looked at it and came home with it. The man I bought it from had purchased it from a salvage yard and just couldn't see it crushed. So he put a new head gasket, spark plug, new fuel line, new battery, cleaned the carb, and did some other mechanical things to it. It runs good, but may need some sea foam ran through it to help improve the idle. Seems to be improving more just as it runs more. He was pretty firm on $300, so I just brought it home for that after driving 2 1/2 hours to look at it. Maybe not the best deal I"ve ever got but I think it will work well for me. Thanks for all the help.
