Hi all,

How many quarts of oil does the JD 110 tranny take? I ordered an owner's manual coming but don't want to wait that long to get the job done.

You might find this thread interesting. Fill it until it comes out of the fill plug. slkpk

I always get two quarts, and have a little left over , when filled to fillerhole......close to 3 pints....have never seen it sold in pints.

Thanks all. I pulled the drain plug and some stuff that used to be gear oil came out. About 2 quarts. The magnet didn't have too much gunk on it so I take that as a good sign. :drunkie:

Man these things are built like tanks! My 6 year old loves it. I put it in 1st on low idle and walk next to him while he drives it. He's big enough to push the clutch/break all the way down so that makes it a bit easier on his old man! I want to get classic "V" tread shaped tires for the rear. The tires on there now don't seem to get too much traction. :dogrun:
