I got a free f-engine from my boss. It was a rusty steel deck and I had low hopes of it it running. I decided today to do a transplant.
It wasn't as straight forward, as this had a huge braket for the shroud and a larger flywheel brake than I had seen on most LB's.
Anywho. I set out to change it all and for the life of me couldnt get the pulley on the crank of the 10520 off. So at the moment it's non-sp.
I also removed the flywheel brake and use the petcock shut-off to kill it.
It runs like a bat out of ****!
I don't think my 10515 runs this good........
So. in 3 hours I swapped and have a running 10520......in need of a crank pulley, and eventually a flywheel brake cable and bail.
Anyone have a need for a steel deck f-engine muffler and engine mount? Free, just pay shipping.....I dont need them.
