    14hp Vanguard twin. Battery not charging, battery light is on. Stator is putting out a tad over 26 volts a/c at full throttle, a tad over 15 volts at idle. Should that be enough? I know ideally 30 volts is desired but I don't want to replace the stator if I don't have to.
