Found her on craigslist with a smashed in hood, not running all for 75.00. I called the ad 4hrs after it was posted thinking for sure it was gone and said Ill give 100 if I could be first in line. The rest is history she was mine😂 I welded the plastic pieces back together with soldering iron then bondo and put a layer of fiberglass on the inside. Gave it a tuneup replaced fuel hoses, plugs, filter, oil etc and she fired right up!!

The hood and grill have really been a challenge as I had missing pieces. I'm no expert but I've found fixing cracks drill holes and zip tie it works great - I can't see spending 700 for a new hood 😏
