General Information
This was a weekend project for my son and I that turned into 4 weeks of evenings and weekends. We used 1” emt conduit for framing, and wrapped it in 18ga sheet metal. Windshield is a laminated piece of glass pulled from the side of an old mail Jeep. Side windows are plastic. 1” foil faced foam board insulation with taped seams.
