I spoke too soon. It’s dead again. Grinding when I put it in gear and barely moves now. Could it be the pulley above the trans or do you think the trans needs to be replaced?

Should the rear pulley move freely if I try to turn it by hand? Any other reason why the drive belt wouldn’t move?
