Differences between JD 647A and 647B 540 PTO driven tillers?

Does anyone here know the difference(s) between the 647A and 647B tillers? I assume the B version is more recent production. Any known feature or parts difference?
Thanks!

Re: New 455

I have a 1995 JD455. With mower deck ON, it can go in reverse and deck stays ON. If the operator momentarily comes off the seat the PTO will disengage in forward or reverse.

Re: 425 rear Trans-axle question

Wally2Q,

Tractor Trunk manual attached. Assembly instructions begin about half way through it.
This is document OMM146690 so is a different number than you requested.
Hope this helps.
