In the "up" position the mower height adjustment knob should not make any difference. The bar running from your lift handle to the snow plow should have some adjustment possible. You can start there to get some additional lift.

When you "top out" on the lift of your plow can you see anything that is physically stopping the plow mount from continuing to lift?

For me it was just a matter of lifting/lowering a bunch of times and looking at everything until I found where metal was hitting metal stopping the plow mount from moving any higher.

Does your setup look similar to what I had posted pictures of otherwise?

KCFLY; This is JRJ from MTF, I have read your article about the problem you had with your snow plow on your GT235-I also have a GT235 and a snow plow which I just got thru installiing. I was hoping you could answer a question or two about that. When my handle is pulled all the way back and locked the bottom of the plow is about 1-1 1/2" off of the pavement and I do not have those square blocks like you did so that is not a problem for me, so what do I look at now for a problem. Next the runners or shoes or what ever they want to be called, how did you set yours up from start to finish please. Does the numbered dial used for the mower deck have any effect on the snow blade? Are there any other things I may have overlooked that you would like to suggest for I am all ears.

    Thanks Again -JRJ
