On 6/19/09 you posted a message about the use of a snowblade on a Honda HT3813 tractor:

i had the blade on mine, used it one winter, was a waste of time ... and finally threw the snowblade away -

I know this is an old topic, but I'm a new member looking for support for my old Honda tractor. You stated you threw away the snowblade. Did you also remove and throw away the mounting brackets for the blade sub-frame? These are right and left side brackets which mount on the main tractor frame, right under the nose of the tractor next to where the engine shroud's cable retainers bolt on. There is also a bracket on the left side to which the snow blade tension spring attaches. Normally, those brackets never need to be removed once installed. They don't interfere with the cutting deck. I'm thinking that if you still have the tractor, you just might still have those brackets. Can you please help me out? -

    Thanks!
