Removed the air filter and housing.
42" deck. Only the two smaller pulleys turn. Everything else is frozen with either dirt or rust. Maybe some penetrator and persuasion.
Briggs & Stratton engine 17HP Twin II I/C
Dashboard is filthy but otherwise in good condition.
filthy with moss, mildew and debris.
