Looks impressive but how is it steered? Are the indidual wheel brakes used? If so I don't think the system will function very long.

Do you know what particular snowmobile model they came from? or have any other track recommendations for a similar creation? I am not sure what people use for the drive trains....... "0" turn gear boxes or a set of hydraulic motors.....

Probably because it would rob some of the engines power, which he probably wants to keep for its track's torque- I'm sure, with the looks of the pivot point and the length of the lever, that blade isn't too hard to manipulate.
