In the 1960s, McCulloch became the first US importer of Kubota tractors, re-branding them with the McCulloch name. A diesel tractor made by Kubota but marketed through McCulloch. I this is a smaller model than the D20 tractor but i don't remember what model it is The McCulloch model was black with yellow sheet metal it is of the mid sixties to mid seventies vintage
