There was one company back in the fifties that made all there machines with one wheel like that . "Chore Master" i believe it was. it might be one of those but all the ones i have seen had cultivators in the back. and ive never seen one that old with a metal wheel, so idono. We had something similiar on the farm, engine sat inside the steel wheel, crank parellel with the wheel, could mount a mower on the front,or a culivator like thing on the back. I can't rember the name, but to kid it was the clumiest thing I ever used.
