Yep finally happened - Back went out

Well I'm normally pretty careful because I've had enough back injuries in life. Plus with my extra weight they get really bad really quick. Reached down to just move a bag of concrete a little bit and that was all it took. Been pretty laid up since Friday night. Remember everyone, lift with your legs!!!!

Re: Yep finally happened - Back went out

Just sold my 72# wheel weights last week because of this. I used to take them off in the summer due to soft turf ( I'm On a lake and its always wet..) but put on in the winter because more weight is better...

Those things were killers, but we don't get the snow we used to get. With 4 WD I can still blade about anything we get without stopping. But I'm not a spring chicken and beasty weights to mount and dismount are not in my future any more....
