Blink?

Hi Mods,
I'm not sure if I'm the only one to notice, but on my Chrome browser, the site will blink black periodically. Kind of like something finishes loading then the page refreshes.

(Jeepers, I hope I'm not the only one; something to prove I'm not crazy...)

I use chrome and have not noticed. I did some stuff on IE the other day and all sorts of issues with that one.

It can be images, as they are loaded on demand, so if you scroll the page a little bit, so a corner of an image would be in frame, then the image is loaded, the page is redrawn, then redisplayed...

On W10/Firefox here and haven't noticed anything like that.

I get that on a lot of page loads. Not just here, but on others too. You see the page, it blinks for a second and comes back. I am using Opera browser
