Spindle Bush hog TDR-11

I have an old bus hog TDR-11 this was originally set up with a two pulley system on the spindle I only need a one pulley spindle - two of the spindles are bad. The gentleman who owned it replaced one of the spindles with a one pulley system . New replacement spindles are $300 each but I dont need that double system - nor do I want to spend $600 . Id like to just put in a generic version spindle but the problem is no one post dimensions of the spindle - and no stores carry them - Basically i need a spindle that will put the pulley about 3.5 inches high and the blade about 4 inches down any ideas ?

PS I pulled that old spindle apart - after getting the shaft off you actually had to unscrew the lower pulley - inside that massive cast spindle are two races that were milled right into the system - they had ball bearings running in that race - but no acesss for any form of lubrication that I can find - so no wonders the spindles go bad
