Good load Rusty. Somebody's backyard will look a lot emptier now.

Hope you left them at least one runner to cut their grass.

I left them the Dixons.

Used tractor and cart to haul 2 air compressors over to the shop. Plugged in all 3 and attached hoses to my 3 port manifold.
Used them to blow out the sprinkler system.
Use the tractor to drive back and forth turning faucets opened and closed.

On the green Campbell Hausfeld note the cooling fan attached to the handle. Cools the motor when I run it for this task. Motor is a 1hp, on 220V and should be a 2hp.

Re: What did you do with your LT/GT today

The short blast of winter has finally subsided so I had a few tractors out today, test drive on the Case 448 after coming here with a stuck Onan, tilled the garden with a JD214 that had wiring issues and bent rod inside the variator handle, and dragged the 10' harrows up and down the gravel driveway a few times with the Columbia.

Re: What did you do with your LT/GT today

Busy day for you Lance..... nice to have a tractor designated for each task.

Good to see you snow has left you. Below average temps here but still above freezing.

The T&C is parked inside with the 2 stage blower mounted but haven't hooked up the PTO yet. Maybe over the weekend once the paint on the spring for the idler pulley dries.

Re: What did you do with your LT/GT today

That little burst of winter was a major pita because the shop furnace wasnt cooperating, wouldnt stay lit so I had to have a service guy in to change the valve. Case and JD were both in there waiting to be reassembled until I had heat. Those are out the door now and I just have a Ford Peerless trans to finish up then I can get back to work on something I can sell.... maybe the CC 127.

Re: What did you do with your LT/GT today

Well yesterday my wife kicked me out because I was in the way of her cleaning. So I went out in the rain and decided to see if a junker Murray I’ve had sitting would fire up (everything else runs so I had to ). I put a spare carb on it, put my daughters rear wheels on it and drove it to the shed. And then today I took a picture of it next to my Stanley tools garden tractor that was also made by Murray.

I don't think I have ever seen a Stanley Tools brand tractor marketed up here, north of the border.

The original hood went missing when I stored it at a buddies house so I put the Murray equivalent hood in which is the same thing, just Murray maroon. (And made by Murray).

Re: What did you do with your LT/GT today

Got a few customer projects out of the way now so I dragged one of my own projects into the shop this morning, a Cub Cadet 127, has some ugly backyard mechanic wiring but I did get it fired up, the hydro release has been locked out long enough for the valve to rust so that needs to be pulled off and cleaned before I can drive it... but the hydro will turn the wheels if there is no weight on them. I have a snowplow and mower deck for it.

I think all the older GT's and LT's looked better than the new ones.

My "honey-do list" is so long it has chapters.

I see 2 or 3 go thru here over the summer....... but you have to buy the whole tractor to get them....
