To post a picture from my computer this is what I do:
1. On the Reply to Thread page scroll down to Additional Options and click the highlighted MANAGE ATTACHMENTS under Attach Files.
2. A pop up window will open then click on the top Browse button.
3. Go to the folder on your computer where the picture you want to post is and click on the picture.
4. This will take you back to the pop up window where you will click the UPLOAD button.
* If you want to post several pictures click another Browse for each picture BEFORE you click the UPLOAD button.

Give it some time as the upload time is dependent on the file size.

Good luck.

On my desktop I just drag photos to the bottom of my post.

On my phone I press the paper clip and open my phone gallery.

If you take pics with your phone turn the bottom of your phone (home button) to the right. Bottom of phone should be in your right hand. This will let the pics show up rotated properly.

HD,

There are multiple ways to add graphics to your post, and so you are going to receive multiple answers. If you are using a Windows based computer your reply screen should look like the one attached below. Then, if your pictures are on the same computer, you can just drag and drop them into the box with the blue arrow in the picture below. I like to open "File Manager" in a narrow window on the right side of my screen to find my pictures. Then click and hold the mouse button on the picture file and drag it to the left where the reply screen is open into the box for drag and drop, where you release the mouse button and the file loads to your post as an attachment. If you are trying to get the larger image interspersed with your text, you will have to work the "Manage Attachments" or load them to an image hosting site and reference them in your post.

Sorry if I've over-simplified the response and you understood other responses already.
