Hi Tractor Fan, I thought you might find this little tid bit of interest. My neighbor carried an M1 Garand rifle In the Korean War and it was built by International Harvester. He has it stored at the local VFW and it is used in parades with about a dozen other M1's. I wish I'd have taken a photo of it last I saw it but didn't have a camera with me. Every manufacturing company helped with the war efforts. Take care..... Mike
