Farmall C, or super C ?

Growing up, my step dad had an old Farmall C[I THINK it was a super C realy, not sure though] Giving soem thought to finding one[or amybe the same one] one of these days, and rebuild it. Most I have seen are the narrow front end. Now, eaven though his was also, I kinda likr the safty of the wide front better. Are they interchangable? Can you swap back and forth?

Any other C info you can give me? things to watch out for etc?

Thanks! Not looking for one now, just kinda in the recerch phase at this time.

Re: Farmall C, or super C ?

We had a Super C with a wide front on our farm that we used to pound in cedar fence posts. It was a nice tractor until I forgot to drain the water one winter. We sold it to a guy that only wanted the wide front to convert his narrow front C, so based on that example I would say yes they can be swapped out. Might call a dealer to make 100% sure though.
