John Deere 314

I have a John Deere 314 and I’m wondering why when I have a brinly disc or plow it only lifts up off the the ground maybe a inch or 2 why won’t it lift all the way up

is the ram rod all the way into the cylinder? is lift link adjustable? is it factory? have pictures?

Maybe you have the plow/disk set too low.
