Re: Anyone's thoughts and comments on this one

Looks interesting, Mark. The "12" in 8123 means a 12 HP Kohler. FEL equipped tractors do command a premium, so 2K may not be out of the question if it's all in good condition.

Regarding the tiller, check to be sure that the rear PTO axle block, and block splined shaft are in place. Also, have the seller lay out the tiller's drive unit (attaches to, and drops down from the tractors PTO output shaft), and the driveshafts that run the power from the PTO drive unit back to the axle block shaft, and from the axle block shaft back to the tiller.

Also, he may have a 50 in. mower deck laying around too. It wouldn't hurt to ask. Good luck!

P.S. Are you taking the ferry over?

Dave

Not taking the ferry...that costs a small fortune...although the tolls and long ride are no bargain either...thank you for the response
Where are you in NY?

Mark, I echo the comments, looks interesting. The rams look nice and clean and that is always a plus on any of these. Test out all the functions and make sure to lift and dump a good load. That should let you know if pump and controls are working and tight.
