Picked up a 444 & 446

My older brother sent these my way from a clean out he did. Don't know much other than the PO was a bit of a mad scientist and said they both ran. The 444 has had a military twin swapped in. It appeals to me in a mad scientist kinda way. Has a foot throttle. The 446 has a Onan twin. Should be a fun weekend getting to know them. Probably do a bit of work to the 446 and find it a new home. The 444 I'll probably just have some fun with it!

Amazing the things that people just want gone! It's good for you though. Congratulations! They both look like they're in good condition. And they are water cooled? Glad you're keeping the mil.spec. engine 444.

Yup, he let me have them alright.......for a small fee As my family often says........business is business. He took it pretty easy on me.

That's the cooler for the hydraulic system. All the Hydrive Case/Ingersolls use them.

Looks like some fun projects there Ellis!

That 444 is kinda neat with the military engine and the loader uprights, just in case you get the urge to build a loader. Keep us posted on how it runs!
