1946 Cunningham

Hello, looking for info on this 1946 Cunningham walk behind. Currently unable to get the wheels & hubs off. Either they're heavily rusted onto the axle or im missing something. Heated up one of the hubs with a blow torch, still wouldn't budge.

These are picture of my Cunninham sickle bar mower which is what they were made for. Mine had metal wheels held on with snap rings. I used PB BLaster and pushed it around the yard rocking it right to left to right to left until the wheels broke loose. Some pictures of mine while building it. Roger
