British Leyland 154 axle seal replacement

Hello people,I am new to this forum as I have just purchased a 154 light tractor. It has no working brakes so I ordered new discs, springs and clips. The brake chamber had a lot of grease intrusion. I would think that this chamber should be dry. Possibly bad driveshaft seals which I also ordered. Does anybody have any input on how to replace these seals? Dan

Also, how does the rear friction plate come out of the brake chamber. I am supposing that the driveshaft seal is located behind it. I have banged on it doesn't seem to want to budge. I'm doing this for an 80 year old neighbor and could use the input. Dan
