Goodbye Ecka

Two weeks ago I lost my dog Ecka, she was 9 1/2 years old. I'm not sure what happened exactly. One minute she was fine and wanting to play, the next she was on her side and wasn't able to support herself or move. About 30 minutes later she gave up her fight in my arms as my brother and I were carrying her to the truck to take her to the vet. Even two weeks later it still seems strange not having her in the house, it feels empty, and I miss all of the funny little things she would do.

Sorry to hear about Ecka. Our condolences to you and yours.

We just had our Golden, Devon, put down on Monday due to what we assume was cancer.

They both are now across the "Rainbow Bridge" waiting to see us again one day.

It is hard to loose our companions, they bring so much to our lives and when they are gone a void develops. I'm so sorry for your loss .
