D110 running problem

Have a D110 it quit running wouldn't start. Got it started would only run on full choke. Then it started to run but would surge . It started to run better so I mowed with it a little and it blows oil out the fuel pump breather and hose on carb. The oil looks difference. Would the head gasket be blown? Any other ideas? Thanks

Re: D110 running problem

do not run it again until you figure out if there is gas in the oil. If so drain the oil and figure out what is going on. the gas will destroy the connecting rod to crank bearing. No a head gasket most likely will not do that. BUT bad rings will.
