I'll be the odd man out here and say that I would never do business with that company again. Here's my story -
Ordered a new PTO clutch from them. It whined loudly from the initial install. I did, and still suspect, a bad bearing.
Went through customer support, who had me do a ton of diagnostic readings, take pictures, etc. Each time I sent something that proved it was installed correctly, he'd come up with something new to check that "had to be what was wrong"
Finally he came up with some scheme about how the unregulated voltage on my tractor must have overheated the clutch. And he was not going to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Never mind, it whined before I ran the clutch and that they said the clutch worked for my tractor. Which is unregulated.
I ordered and installed a new Deere OEM one. Ran perfect from the get go, and has continued to do so.
So....if you are lucky you will get a good one. But their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.
