If you have a winch on each end,you could hook the cable from one or both and drag the machine to the new location ,using the remote winch control..no climbing up & down!..

The internal relief valve does its job.

The only problem I had was the wheels in front of the track, the hubs ripped off. I leave it replaced by a much more robust bushing wheel. The central wheels is OK, They do not undergo the big traction force through the tension of the tracks

I have used 13.9 In / Cu hydraulic wheels motor directly connected to 11 "sprochets. This gives teorically a maximum speed of 6km/h and a maximum intermittent torque of 1500 lbs / ft (the sum of the two track, 2 motor)

On the grass, if I try to load a load too heavy (like pulling a garage) The front of the mini doser will rise in the air before the tracks begin to skid on the back end.
We can also use a smaller hydraulic motor with sprockets and chains to increase the torque (I did this with my excavator) The ideal is not to be at the upper or lower limit of the specifications of the hydraulic motors in terms of flow (GPM).
Awesome, thanks for the info. I'm still in the drawing/modelling stage for my project and you've already solved a lot of the problems I'm facing. Your ideas for the linkage to the pump and control panel are going to be a huge help too. Thanks again!

Yes Photo buscket has destroyed hundreds of hours of my work on different forums !!
I had changed last year for image stack which requires very small fees and works much better than photobucket, but rebuilding all my posts would require a crazy job.

Re: Mini dozer +

It's snow that I unloaded from the roof, so it is very compact hard. A hand snowblower would never have wanted to enter this snow!

Nice build, I also like making things that no one else has. I like the way you faced the radiator in front of you so that in the winter time it keeps you warm.

Did you do a build on your backhoe, i'm doing a similar build? If you do have a build could you link me to it?

Very neat dozer, and excellent build! There are a lot of things to like. Is the frame in place for a eventual removable winter enclosure?

Thanks,
By setting the engine in this direction, I did not need to put a drive shaft below the engine to bring power to the snowblower.
