Ingenious, I love it! I would just add a throttle cable from the blower engine to the cab, and a tach for the blower engine.

Neat setup! I think I heard the him say throttle lock block was just temporary until he can run a cable or something into the cab. That'd be a pretty nice rig to have. The snowblower itself is pretty simple; not many moving parts. Might be a lot to maintain on everything else though. It's a great option for that size driveway, along with a plow (which might be the better/faster option). The blower is definitely more fun, though, and you don't need to worry as much about snow banks.
