oh i thanked him up and down, and offered cash, but we no each other very well, and he's just happy they have us as neighbors, as we watch there house, and help them when ever they need it, which they never ask...we have to insist!!
he gave me the original owners manual with it as well, and the original air cleaner, which i have to put on!!
it looks freakin cool as h$ll from the rear with the duals!!!!!
it actually cuts grass very very well, and clean!!!

I'd clean up that baby, sharpen the blade and mow my grass with it just because it is so cool looking with those tiny dual wheels on it.

Anything is a collectors item if you like it.

I think it's a unique little mower.
Those handlebars and dual wheels are so cool!

I'm guessing:
- square foot of garage space
- hour of free time
- clean fingernail

I think Kevin is the Noah of antique machinery. Got at least 2 of everything stashed away, ready to repopulate the earth if we ever have a great flood that washes away all things that spin, sputter and cough.

I always get a good chuckle when I see a thread about something that looks to be the last of it's kind left, because I know Kevin will be along soon enough with pictures of one, two or three that he has near at hand...

boy does that bring back memories! my Dad bought very nearly the same tractor in 1060 from the local western auto store, which closed many years ago. the only differences are that ours didn't have the rear duals, and the front tires were solid hard rubber. it was the first rider i ever drove, and man that thing would fly in third gear. what i would give to find one i could restore! oh, and i'm a wheelhorse guy too, small world, huh?

Made in Springfield, Ohio. looks like a Lauson engine although I don't think the ones I had were Lauson powered, I think B&S maybe Clinton. Looks like Kevin's red one has a Clinton on it.
