Got this guy on Monday - took it to my LB guy to get the carb done. Looks really good. I got the side discharge and side bag setup with it too. My brother wants one, so I'm going to offer it to him today. I'll be sad if he takes it, but I have another one. Here's some pics:

Beautiful, R7268 is just about my favorite Lawn-Boy. Very nice

It's got the nifty extra vents on the shroud and that nifty air cleaner cover. Looks like it's in nice shape too. Might have to steal mine back from my mom

It's in great shape! That model served me well for several years that I had one at my first home. Those years and model F's are IMHO one of the most reliable and longest lasting OMC's ever made!

I have an older friend that has 3 and he bought them new, over 30 yrs old. They still run very well, they wont win a pagent, but they run good. They are definitely used.

guys!!! I lucked out finding this one right after my brother said he'd like one. I got it cleaned up and had the carb and exhaust done at my LB guy (also got a new style blade and mulch fan).

I brought it over for him yesterday at a birthday party. I took the handle to him and said you misplaced the rest of this. He really likes it and may end up using it instead of his 10301.

I have to finish up the other R7268 now - just need to repaint the deck and reassemble. Got to have one for myself too!

Very nice, but I can't stand the things. I think they are reproducing at my dad's place. Everytime I go there, there's another one. What's the story on that carb cover? Is that factory? My pa has one with that cover on it and I thought it was a replacement.

That filter cover is what Toro used on their own Super Recycler 2 strokes. May be picking up a decent one to get running and use myself.
