have a cub cadet 1086 mower tractor was mowing yesterday just fine turned pto-blades off raised deck crossed over small ditch to mow other side went to turn blades on nothing happenned started it up this morning and blades came on for a few seconds then quit thought pto switch was bad put new pto switch on same thing looked all over cant see anything knocked off what could be wrong

where would that be at under the seat i tryed turning the jackshafts blades by hand they dont turn easy but dont seem to be any locked up belts are all on
