Default toro gt2100 belt may rub screw point

Looking under my new gt2100 toro, i was following the drive belt on left side in rear. When i saw the belt resting against point of screw sticking in from side panel.
this happens when drive peddle is not down, it appears. The screw head is just above left axel and i backed it out to be replaced with hex head bolt and nut.
in pic you will see another tapping screw, just like one i removed, on right of pic and belt resting against new hex bolt.
I was concerned that, when letting up on go peddle, the back of the belt would rub here for moment till it stopped moving.
This may not be big problem but was easy to avoid possible damage to belt.
Hope it may help someone. good luck
P.S> you are looking staight up in this pic,
