Default Kubota financing? Credit Score

Anyone have an approximate credit score for approval on Kubota's finance? Mine is in the fair arena, my wifes better, but I make nearly double what she does so I would probably need to be the primary. We are home "owners" and clear well over 6 figures, but my credit just has some old blemishes that keep the score down.

Thanks,

I don't know for sure but I'd say you'd have to have 700 or over anyway. You can make a million bucks an hour but if yer not paying cash and yer credit is dicked up, ya ain't going to drive it home.

Well, ya asked for insight.

Fill out the application and see what they say.

Approval is based on your credit rating and your debt-to-income ratio.

Personally, I would never dicuss such personal issues on a forum that could be read by everyone in the world. Maybe I'm weird like that.

Ya got that right "Machiem. That's probably why he had 23 views and 0 replys.

USN ED, actually 700 is fine, but I was worried they would require higher.

Machiem,
Do you know for a fact that they consider debt-to-income ratio? Many creditors do not any more, just the FICO which has nothing to do with income.

And I agree about providing personal data, but I don't feel I have disclosed anything too personal, and I did not know if a dealer may be on this sight. They would know if they have a bottom line FICO score without posting "personal" info (not too sure how "personal" info is on a web message board, but I guess there are hacks that can track you back to your IP etc...

When I bought my property I was borderline since I had paid all my credit off and owned my car. What they are looking for is the ability to have and hold credit. Having no balance does not give creditors a picture on how you manage credit.

Thanks guys, guess you guys are right, not really the place to ask this question. Looking to get either a BX2350 or BX24, still cannot decide on the BH or not.

You might wanted to direct your confusion over at the big three credit reporting agencies. They offer services that can help clean up errors and such and provide you a score. If you have been declined then they need to supply you a full report for free.
As for Kubota credit -they will ask for SS number, where you work and income, drivers license....they rest they can get....you might want your wife to go get it for you if you made a mess out of your credit.
Remember you are on a tractor board - ask us about tractors and you get the response you want to hear

I don't know for sure if Kubota uses the debt-to-income ratio anymore. I would think they would since your current/past income is part of their credit application .

Fill it out and go to your local Kubota dealer.

What are you thinking of buying? I'm just curious as I've got my eye on a new BX...
