I'd say if those 2 say it is a flail mower - that is what it is.

For those that haven't seen the discussions over on Yahoo, this is part of an Ebay auction:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gravely-Walk...item1c2fd2d884

The part that I find most interesting, is the adaption of that mower from a Quick Hitch to a four bolt mount. One must admit, there was a lot of ingenuity that went into this.

Everything in there package looks like it has some good miles on it, but for that price, its a giveaway (in my eyes at least).

If I were within a reasonable distance, I'd go and grab it. You can't go too wrong there with that collection.

Agreed. Unless it looks a lot worse in person (ie, left out in the rain for years or something) that's a good price even if they aren't running. I'd say go grab it.

I'd say that's a deal. I'm closer than a lot of members on this forum, but still too far! Someone out west needs that lot.

I've been to Calistoga quite a few times. Pretty country & lots of vineyards.
I have a good friend who lives nearby..... Hmmmm.
