$490 plus $50 for shipping and still climbing.

Are they really worth that much even used?

Well, as they come from John Deere, that setup is around $1,100 if you buy them new. The powerflow fan is $500 alone if you buy it seperate.

Typically the 48/54" powerflow system will sell used for around $600-650. If your looking for 1 at a reasonable cost, don't limit yourself to only the GT2xx baggers, as virtually all the baggers from that era fit all the John Deeres with diffrent tractor brackets.. As long as it's listed for a 48" or 54" deck you can make it work with a couple brackets from the dealer. "C" deck powerflows won't work

I think I have a 48c Deck on my John Deere 265. What would my Powerflo go for used? I just bought the tractor and bagger last week for $350. I did need a battery though for it.

you sure it's a "C" deck? That only came on the newer GT225/35/45 tractors, and the newer LX200 series, and now the X series.. If you have it, it might actually drop the price being current model and possibly more common.

If you really have a 48C,You can buy this and build your own version of an MC519 cart out of a cheap dump cart, for less than a bagger. http://www.ebay.com/itm/John-Deere-P...item231c7b91ce

Post a pic and the diffrence is pretty easy to tell.

That looks like the old powerflow fan, not the "C" deck fan.. little rough, probably $200 or so for that peice, not sure what on the entire thing, but probably going to hover around 500 if it's complete and works.

This tractor is over 20 years old......I don't think anything on it is newer..........

Nothing is wrong with that I know of......just was wondering if these things really cost that much.

Yep, there in demand and John Deere can control the price of new, so anything cheaper than new is a great deal for someone...

I'v looked on and off for a powerflo for my LX188 but nothing comes close to being what I can afford.
