Default CC Yellow Paint 759-3940 vs. 759-3258

Are they the same exact product?

I'm in a pickle. I just bought a can of CC yellow 759-3940 for $20.99 . . I then went about 2 miles up the road and bought another can of CC yellow 759-3258 for $16.93 . . On both receipts, they both rung-up as 759-3940

Are they the same color? I can't return the paint if I use it (to see what the diff is) . . . and one of them is definitely going back!! Too much $$ for 12 oz. in a spray can!

Any suggestions where cheaper priced paint can be found?

TY !!

Holy carp, $20 for a rattle can? Sam has it, Tractor Supply Co. has Cub Cadet yellow by name for about $6. It's their Valspar line, and it's quality stuff. I used it on my Sears Suburban as a supplement to my HVLP color, and am doing the same on my Cub Cadet 147. The color is spot on, not too green, not too red.

I know the 759-3258 is for the IH built Cub Cadets.

As an educated guess, I am assuming that the 759-3940 is for the newer Cubs.

TSC is dropping Valspar. Everything valspar is 25-50% off at my local TSC. But what's on the shelves is what they have left

Thanks for the info, guys! I called TSC and they said there were 12 CC cans left. I had them set aside 3. When I got there an hour later only 2 were left on the shelf! Word spreads fast at $4.12 per can . . . thanks again!
